  • Calmuu was created on a family-run farm and is rooted in a personal experience with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Loti. As caregivers to a particularly sensitive and timid dog, we were looking for ways to offer natural, non-invasive support during everyday challenges such as being home alone, car travel, or unfamiliar situations.

    Rather than relying on quick fixes, we focused on research, observation, and the development of simple daily rituals that could be naturally integrated into routine life. This led to the creation of our first catnip-based treats, initially prepared in small batches with close attention to ingredients and animal response.

    From these beginnings, Calmuu evolved into a brand dedicated to thoughtfully crafted, natural treats for dogs and cats. Our products are designed to support play, moments of calm, and balanced routines as part of everyday life.

    Our approach remains consistent: clear ingredient lists, high-quality raw materials, and respect for animals, without unnecessary additives or unfounded promises.

  • The process is simple: choose your products, add them to the cart, select delivery and payment methods, fill in your details and confirm the purchase. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

  • A subscription means you receive your chosen product or product bundle regularly (e.g. every month or every 14 days) without needing to reorder manually each time. The main benefits are convenience, potential discounts, and always having your pet’s essentials in stock.

  • In your Calmuu store account, open the “My Subscriptions” section. There you can adjust delivery frequency (e.g. from every 14 days → to 30 days), switch products, pause your subscription (no deliveries for a certain period), or cancel completely. If you experience any issues, contact us at info@calmuu.pet - we’ll be happy to help.

  • Once your order is completed, we send an electronic invoice (PDF) to the email address you provided. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • Yes. If you need a business invoice (with company name and VAT number), simply enter this information when ordering or contact us before payment. We will prepare the appropriate invoice for you.

  • Changes (delivery address, quantity, product) can only be made before the order is processed in our warehouse. Contact us immediately after placing the order — if it has not yet been shipped, we will update it. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

  • If the product is in stock, we usually ship it within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Slovenia typically takes 1–2 business days; EU delivery may take 2–5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you.

  • Yes, after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link and tracking number. We work with major couriers (such as DPD, GLS or Pošta Slovenije). The courier may vary by region.

  • Standard shipping is €3.90 per parcel. During special promotions or on orders above a certain value, shipping may be free. Conditions are always clearly shown at checkout.

  • Yes, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

    You may return a product in case of dissatisfaction as long as you contact us beforehand at info@calmuu.pet.

    The original shipping costs are never refunded, and the return shipping is covered by the customer.

    For subscription shipments, returns are generally not possible for every subsequent delivery - as they are part of a recurring plan. To stop future deliveries, cancel the subscription before the next dispatch. Full rules are available in the subscription policy.

    Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, the refund is issued using the original payment method - typically within 8 business days.
